Check the alternating current of the load equipment over time. This can be used as a basis for equipment maintenance decisions regarding operating conditions and load trends.
Load equipment may not be able to grasp changes in load solely from operational displays. The PAL series measures AC currents from 60A to 630A and outputs data via Modbus RTU. By combining it with monitoring software or PLCs, you can continuously check the operation and stop status, changes in load, and variations in operating time. 【Challenges】Unable to understand conditions outside of patrol times / Want to record load trends / Want to add measurement points to existing equipment 【Implementation Benefits】Collects current history for each piece of equipment, supporting the organization of inspection targets and comparisons before and after operational changes.
